A Brief History of the Land Rover
The Land Rover originally debuted in 1948 and its success was destined from the beginning. The Land Rover name will always be associated with Luxury and elegance. It’s well known for its agile handling and off-road capabilities while remaining a “luxury” SUV. The vehicle was granted a Royal Warrant by King George VI in 1951 and remains the car of choice for the Queen of England.

The Land Rover is a luxury midsize SUV. Land Rover has undergone some refinements every five years or so but not many major changes have occurred to the car. The Land Rover comes with seating for five, with other models adding a small third row that increases the seating capacity to seven. The vehicle comes equipped with available traffic sign recognition with an intelligent speed limiter, which reads speed limit signs, which keep you from going over the speed limit and maintain optimum speeds.
