Colby was a very pleasant young man to work with. I did my homework... car shopping for nearly a year until I finally narrowed it down to the right one. I also researched pricing and had my financing in order before arriving. The transaction was smooth and hassle free. One of the best experiences I've had in all my car buying years. Colby has even followed up with me a few times to make sure things are good and wished me a happy birthday. Professional and pleasant. He has great things in his future.

Clarence and Nikki offered excellent service and incredible hospitality, as a team they created a positive experience that will have a lasting impression. We feel that in today’s marketplace with consumers expecting a great first impression of a company , management can and should always acknowledge the importance of the last impression of a company is just as important. We feel that the management team has embodied a great staff with the understanding of offering a very high level of service will grow their business and keep their company ahead of the curve compared to their competitors . Management can always observe and learn from the staff and should observe the importance of the cohesive transition when interfacing with the customer through the negotiation process and through the completion of the sale. This is an intangible that can not be measured of how much more business the company can earn or how much business the company is losing due to not having the process consistent from the arrival to the end of the sales process.
